Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from praneeratjewelry.com.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in Thai baht (THB). Prices on the website exclude 7% VAT, which is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Making a ring larger costs ฿500 + VAT per size, and making it smaller is free. Shipping within Thailand is free.

Ordering and payment

Send us a purchase request from your bag. We confirm that the piece is available and the final price, then send you a secure payment link. Your order is confirmed when you pay.

Ring resizing

Choose the size you want in your bag before you pay. We resize by up to 3 sizes larger or smaller. Any more and the ring would lose its shape. Smaller is free. Larger costs ฿500 + VAT per size, added to your payment. A resized ring ships in about 1 month.

Shipping and pickup

We ship free by insured parcel within Thailand only, within 1-3 business days after payment. A resized ring ships in about 1 month. You can also pick up your order at our store.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel a paid order before we ship it, or before you pick it up. We refund what you paid minus the payment processing fee that was already charged to us when you paid. A ring we have started resizing for you cannot be cancelled. Once your order has shipped, our returns policy applies instead. To cancel, call us or message us on LINE at 081-959-5824.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns, except when a piece arrives damaged. To make a claim, film one continuous video from before you open the parcel until after you have unpacked it, with the parcel in view the whole time. Within 7 business days of receiving the parcel, add us on LINE with our phone number, 081-959-5824, and send us the video. If it shows the piece arrived damaged, send it back to us. We pay the shipping and will tell you how on LINE. We will repair the piece and send it back to you free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, we will refund you in full. This does not limit any rights you have under Thai consumer law.

Receipts and tax invoices

When you pay online, Stripe emails you a receipt. Need a full tax invoice? Add us on LINE with our phone number, 081-959-5824, and send your order number, name, address and tax ID.

Store certificate

Every piece comes with our store certificate stating the diamond weight, diamond color, gold purity and gold weight.

Customer accounts

You can shop without an account. You can create one with Google or with your email and a password, and delete it at any time on the account page. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms follow Thai law. Nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer under Thai law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
